Since 2019, I've had the privilege of helping couples celebrate one of the most meaningful days of their lives. I know that every wedding is unique, and I believe every couple deserves a planning experience that feels organized, enjoyable, and completely personalized.

Our Full Planning with Coordinating package ensures your wedding is seamless from start to finish. We handle everything, including vendor research, budget management, contract reviews, and logistics confirmation. We'll schedule and attend vendor meetings, coordinate hotel rooms and transportation, and oversee your day-of timeline. From managing your rehearsal to completing a final walk-through and overseeing all wedding day details, we ensure your special day runs smoothly, so you can relax and enjoy every moment.

Partial Wedding Planning with Coordinating

Starting at $1,500

This package is perfect for couples who need guidance in the final stages of planning. It includes a vendor list tailored to your event area, budget management, contract review, and creating a detailed day-of timeline. We’ll oversee your rehearsal, conduct a final walk-through, and handle communication with all vendors starting 3 months before the event. On your wedding day, we’ll ensure everything runs smoothly so you can relax and enjoy every moment.

Wedding Coordinating

Starting at $1,000

Our Coordinating Package ensures your big day runs seamlessly. It includes monthly check-ins with the couple, managing the rehearsal, creating a detailed day-of timeline, overseeing all event-day activities, conducting a final venue walk-through, and coordinating with all vendors 1-2 months before the event. Relax and enjoy your special day while we handle the details!

"My husband and I hired Andrea as our wedding planner and day of coordinator. Hiring her was the best decision we could’ve made. Andrea literally took all the stress off of us and we couldn’t be more thankful. From contacting vendors, getting contracts signed, making sure we were on time with payments etc she did it all. Honestly it’s no way we could’ve done it without her. When items needed to be ordered I’d send her the funds and she handled it from there. Her organization is also outstanding. She took notes from meetings and remembered things that I had forgotten. With the help of Andrea making sure we were on schedule with everything our wedding was paid off full a month before. She literally made this journey stress free. The day of the wedding her and her team were amazing. They made sure we were on schedule with everything.
